Strategy & Change Consulting I have helped organizations work through change issues. I am able to help evaluate your strategy, work through the implications of a change issue, find an appropriate way to communicate change, and develop an action plan to work through the major change issue.
Organizational Culture Evaluation I am able to assist organizations in understanding their culture. I do this through a detailed audit of the culture, interviews with relevant parties, and observational work. I will plan out a process with the organizational leadership and develop a report to present with specific action steps.
Leadership Coaching I consult with organizational leaders to help them be more effective. This might even simply be a regular check-in call to discuss specific issues. Leaders value the ability for me to evaluate their ideas and allow them to process particular issues in their organization.
Conflict Management Consulting As a trained mediator and conflict management expert, I can help organizations get through difficult situations. My strategy comes from a coaching perspective, where I help parties work through their conflict and develop a process to manage it in the future. I believe that nearly all conflict can be managed through open dialogue. I have done this with one-on-one sessions, small group mediation, and large-scale dialogues.
Diversity & Inclusive Excellence Consultation I am able to help organizations evaluate their inclusivity policies and work toward becoming more inclusive. I specialize in LGBTQ+ concerns and have assisted many organizations in thinking about how their organization is conducive to diversity and inclusion issues.
Training Programs Often times, as a result of other consultation, organizations wish to implement a training program. I am able to create goals, develop content, and launch a training program tailored to the specific needs of the organization.
Social Support Groups My primary specialization is in creating more supportive cultures. The research is clear – organizations that have more supportive cultures have members who are less stressed and are healthier. I have helped many organizations develop a clear strategy to make their culture more supportive.
Custom Consultation & Referrals For those organizations working through a specific challenge, I am happy to consult and determine an appropriate action plan — this may include a referral to one of my colleagues.

I earned my Doctorate from Arizona State University’s Hugh Downs School of Human Communication, where I studied Organizational Communication, Quantitative Design, and Organizational Development.

I am a member of the American Psychological Association, Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychologists, Western States Communication Association, National Communication Association, and the International Association for Relationship Research.

I have specific training in mediation and conflict management. For the financial industry, I still hold active FINRA licenses, am a licensed insurance producer, and have earned a Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor designation (for consulting on ERISA retirement plans).
